Dan

Dan has been working in the dental field for over 15 years. During his time in the dental world, he has obtained a BA in Biology from Hofstra University and an AAS in Dental Hygiene from Farmingdale State College. He values the vast knowledge he acquired during his formative years as a dental assistant working with all the dental specialists, as well as the clinical skills he developed under the excellent guidance of his first few mentors. Those experiences have greatly impacted how he approaches having his own patients to care for. His love for the field comes from seeing progress in a patient's health by providing treatment to prevent oral diseases and performing non-surgical therapies to address periodontal disease.

Dan prides himself on providing quality work, education, and transparency of information to his patients. Being a dental hygienist means having the patient's best interest at heart. With more and more compounding scientific evidence connecting a patient's oral environment to their mental and systemic health, it is of utmost importance for him to improve his patient's oral health to have a healthier body overall.

As the Dental Hygiene Director it is Dan's mission to have his hygiene team be at the forefront of preventative care, excel in periodontal care, stay ahead of curve with education, provide a positive dental culture, and to push the dental hygiene profession forward to provide exceptional service to the dental community, beyond the standard of care.

Dan loves traveling and going to the movies with his beautiful and loving wife. He treasures the time he spends with his wonderful daughter, watching her learn and grow, holding her hand along the way. His family means the world to him.

"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." - Phil Jackson

Jen

Hi there, I'm Jenn, born and raised in New Jersey. I’ve been in the dental field for 21 years, 19 of those years as a hygienist. I graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 2004.
I love providing quality care to all my patients and educating them on the importance of their overall health.
Our office has the most sophisticated technology and current information to help provide that care.
I pride myself in making patients feel comfortable during their regular dental visits. Feeling anxious about coming in? I promise you won't after we meet!

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my son, family, dinners with friends, and working out.

Julia

My name is Julia and I am a dental hygienist at Rand Dental. I am a graduate of New York University and have been in practice for 18+ years. Throughout my career I have been able to provide my services to patients of all ages. My goal as a dental hygienist is to provide optimal care, and patient education. As many people suffer from dental anxiety, I strive to achieve the services while maintaining my patients comfortable and hopefully help them overcome some of the fears that they have developed. I truly enjoy being a dental hygienist and look forward to making a difference in my patient’s life each and every day.

Kim

She also has a Bachelors degree in Criminology. Kim has a 6 year old golden retriever named Tucker who she spends most of her free time with. Together, they love doing anything outdoors; hiking, swimming, paddle boarding & kayaking to name a few!

Karen

Hi I’m Karen, a graduate of Middlesex College Hygiene School. I have lived in New Jersey all my life and currently reside in Sussex County with my family. I chose to pursue a career in dentistry because, from a young age, I recognized how important our smile is for self-confidence and overall quality of life. I enjoy traveling, watching foreign movies, and playing board games with friends and family. I look forward to providing a relaxed space for patients to freely communicate any of their concerns while providing high-quality preventative oral health care.
